Dear Alice,

just want to let you know that order 9350 arrives safely and complete today.
Unfortunately to late for my already booked workshop hours, but on the other
I enjoyed these christmas feeling - opening up a package and have fun to see
all the good stuff inside.

Chossing DHL for delivery is a good idea. GPS or Hermes is maybe one or two
pounds cheaper, but DHL is much more reliable, pays the drivers better and
therefore they are more interested for correct delivery.

So, alls well when ends well. Thanks a lot for patience and taking care and
your good customer service by voice and mail. I will come back to your shop
for sure.
