The UK is still negotiating withdrawal terms with the EU - and this is likely to continue, right up to the deadline! But regardless of the outcome, one thing is for certain - with the additional documentation required for customs clearance we are expecting all courier services to increase their delivery costs from the 1st January 2021!
However, to ensure peace of mind to our European customers during the festive season, all qualifying orders placed on our website between now and the 3rd January 2021 will be sent carriage free, regardless of any increases imposed!
Vat will still be charged where applicable, but this will be refunded should the Brexit agreement dictate that goods are to be charged exclusive of VAT. Please be aware that if the goods leave the UK without tax being paid, you will be responsible for the payment of any tax and duty due when the parcel arrives in your country.
