*Qualifying purchases exclude surcharges, VAT & delivery costs. Offer only applies to orders placed on www.msc.parts, and free delivery cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
The offer excludes orders containing engines or body panels.
The offer commences on the 9th February 2021 at 17:00 GMT, and will run until further notice, but may be discontinued at any time. Orders made before the offer start date or after the offer has ended will not be eligible for free delivery.
The offer allows for one parcel up to 30KG (actual weight or volumetric equivalent) to be sent free of charge per qualifying amount spent. Should additional parcels be required, these will be sent at a discounted rate - we will advise you of this cost in advance, and await your approval before proceeding with your order.
The £99 UK delivery offer is only applicable to mainland addresses - for Highlands, Offshore Islands, and Northern Ireland addresses the qualifying spend is £299.
EU and Overseas orders over £299 will receive a £20 discount towards the shipping cost. Once you have placed your order we will contact you with the shipping cost, and if you are happy we will then proceed with your order. No orders are processed until we receive the customer's approval for the shipping cost - you are always in control of your order.
Important : EU and Overseas customers - have you remembered everything that you need? Due to new procedures introduced regarding exporting we regret that we are no longer able to combine orders into the same shipment, or add parts manually to an existing order. For this reason it is essential that you have included all of your items in the cart before checkout.
Please be aware that orders being shipped to EU destinations now leave the UK without tax being paid, and you will therefore be responsible for the payment of any tax and duty due when the parcel arrives in your country. We are unable to advise on these charges, and we advise you to contact your customs department for clarification should you wish to know before placing your order.
Should your order qualify for "Free Delivery" and you wish to return any items for a refund, the normal shipping cost will be deducted from your credit if the value of these goods reduces your order subtotal to below the qualifying "Free Delivery" amount, and only the remaining balance will be refunded. For EU and Overseas orders, any duty charged when the goods re-enter the UK will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that parcels qualifying for free delivery will be sent by an economy delivery method and time frame. If you need your parts delivered sooner, there will be an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order should you require a faster delivery.
