GXE2297 - BRAND NEW! ALTERNATOR - 70 AMP
This BEK223 brand new A127 alternator is standard fitment on all Minis from 1985 until 1996. It will also replace the A115 alternator fitted from 1980-1985 models.

The original part numbers for this alternator are GXE2297, LRA602, and GEU2297. It will also replace the A115 alternator fitted from 1980 until 1985 (original part numbers GXE2257 and GEU2257).The alternator is supplied as a replacement to the Lucas original, which produced 45 amps, however this unit is capable of producing 70 amps when in use, making it better suited to meet the demands of brighter headlamps and other non standard electrical components which may be fitted to your vehicle.Supplied with the correct fan and 2 1/2" pulley already fitted.
